The Italian polenta is called mamaliga in Romanian :).

I love polenta. Many can be made out of it. At home, my late mother used to bake cake using its flour. Sometimes we cooked it with coconut milk added with sugar also as a snack food. Thanks for visiting my skywatch entry.
